Coaching
My usual range goes from a student rate of $225.00 per month to regular rate of $495.00 per month for three 45-minute sessions per month of one-to-one coaching by phone. Corporate executives can be higher because there are usually extra requirements like from the HR department or the supervisor, and most leaders prefer face-to-face. Longer sessions are available but cost more. You can pay with VISA, MC, Discover and check. Assessments are highly recommended and sometimes required. If you truly want the coaching and can't afford it, call to discuss.

Assessments
There are hundreds of assessments available for all kinds of purposes. I have chosen the best ones for our purpose together. Prices range from $199.00 for a personality and career assessment that includes a 55-minute review session (teenage and adult versions) to a whole person executive level assessment with a 2-hour review for $995.00. I can tailor the assessment offering to fit your situation.
The assessments allow us to get right down to your strengths, challenge areas, communication preferences, etc., and identify the motivators and success factors you MUST satisfy for a sense of success and life fulfillment. Finding out what it takes to make you happy is not a small thing; the assessments point us in the right direction and can save us a lot of time, effort and expense in the future.
